Distributed Control System
Manufacturing is dependent on advanced technological machinery and processes. The Distributed Control System (DCS) is the strength of our industrial unit, that enables real time monitoring of the entire production process and gives advance warning/alarms for preventing any deviation from set parameters to ensure high product quality.

Equipment
Major equipment are imported from the best chemical process equipment manufacturers like Stebbins International Inc. USA, Swenson Process Equipment Co., USA and Krauss Maffei, Germany.

Process
The entire production process from input material to finished products is carried out in a closed loop that ensure contamination-free product.

Quality Control Laboratory
Our ultra-modern quality control laboratory provides us with the sophisticated instrumentation to test products at various stages of production thoroughly before they are dispatched. This facility also aids us in application development and testing of innovative products carried out by our research and development teams. Some of the high precision instruments are Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (AAS), Spectrophotometers, Vacuum Oven, Potentiometer, Whiteness meters, Laboratory Centrifuges, Tap Density meters and Digital Burettes.
